Privacy Policy

RosterHawk is an invite-only fantasy football app. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run your leagues.

What we store

• Account: your email, display name, and the invite code used to sign up.
• League activity: teams, rosters, lineup changes, trades, waiver claims, draft picks and scores.
• Preferences: your theme colors, active league, and team logo if you upload one.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your data or run advertising networks.
• We don't collect payment information — there are no fees.
• We don't post anywhere on your behalf.

How it's used

Your data powers the app: showing standings, scoring your lineup, processing waivers, and letting league mates see your team name, logo, roster and results. NFL player data and live scores come from public third-party sources and aren't tied to you.

Storage and security

Data is stored in a managed Postgres database with row-level security so users only see leagues they belong to. Sessions are handled by our authentication provider.

Deleting your data

Ask your commissioner or a RosterHawk admin to remove your account, and we'll delete your profile and detach your teams. Some league history (past matchup results) may remain so leagues stay intact.

We'll update this page if anything meaningful changes during the beta.
